Description
Horizontal vacuum carburizing furnace is applied for the carburizing and quenching after carburzing of materials like structure steel (20CrMnTi, 12Cr2Ni4A, 12Cr2Ni3A), high alloy carburizing steel, stainless steel (1Cr13, etc), quenching of tool steel and die steel, quenching and annealing of gear parts, precision bearing, glib pump mechanical parts, precision machine parts.
Technical Features
1. Horizontal twin chamber furnace is equipped with one carburizing chamber and one quenching chamber. The quenching medium is optional according to the on-site situation.
2. On the squirrel cage graphite heating hearth, the furnace configure with evenly nozzles for injecting carburizing medium, to make sure the atmosphere well-distributed.
3. Exclusive vacuum carburized technology and accuracy control of carburized parameters assure the work piece of the best carbon concentration distribution and the smallest deep depth errors.
4. High temperature carburizing at 1050°C is achieved, which greatly shorten the carburizing period.
5. Quenching material transportation car runs stably, carrying out “full-fast-flow” movements in a short transportation time.
6. Horizontal double chamber carburizing furnace is controlled by pulse gas, which is more better for blind-hole carburizing.
7. This environment friendly equipment features safety, low cost and high efficiency.
