Description
Horizontal vacuum graphitization furnace is applied for high temperature graphitization and purify treatment of C/C, graphite, carbon fiber insulation refractory material, graphite products.
Technical Features
1. The furnace working zone size can be reach 2.5m×2.5m×5m, which can satisfy super size part CVD treatment.
2. Unique ACME super high temperature and high current feeding technology achieves the equipment can be long term stable used at 2600°C.
3. The horizontal graphitization tube furnace adopts multiple temperature control zones to achieve great temperature uniformity.
4. External circulation fast system as an option features short batch cycle and high efficiency.
